Tap 3 - Czech One Two Pilsner
Czech One Two is a crisp, light bodied pilsner made with traditional Czech hops (Saaz). The Saaz in the aroma and flavor means spicy, floral, and a hint of cedar. It’s malty and hoppy, but not bitter.

Tap 2 - The Boss (Hefeweizen)
"Hefe" means yeast and "Weizen" means wheat in German, and "Jefe" means boss in Spanish... so The Boss is a wheat beer with yeast in it.
The wheat defines it – at least 50% of the mash is made up of malted wheat which gives this beer its refreshing crispness and light body. It's highly carbonated and pours a bit cloudy with hints of banana and clove.

Yard Dog, a German style Kölsch, is the latest in our Summer Series of refreshing beers. It's a light and very drinkable beer with a touch of muted fruitiness. The brewing process is a hybrid between an ale and a lager - fermented with imported ale yeast and then finished in cold temperatures like a lager. Clear, crisp & cold…the perfect antidote to our hot Texas summer.
